From groundbreaking to homecoming, from agreements to move-in dates, the journey of our housing community on El Norte Parkway in Escondido is reaching its peak. We are filled with excitement as we count down to early June, when families will finally unlock the doors to their new beginnings. We look forward to dedicating these homes this summer to celebrate the many hearts and hands that helped make this community a reality.
