We’re thrilled to share exciting updates on the construction progress of our 10-home community in Escondido! With 9 out of 10 city building inspections completed and successfully passed, we’ve reached the home stretch. Our dedicated construction team has been hard at work, focusing on crucial tasks such as carpet installation, touch-up painting, addressing punch list items, and finalizing clean-up efforts.
We’ve encountered a temporary hold on public improvements, but rest assured, we’re actively working with the city to obtain approval and guidance to move forward swiftly. More updates to come as we continue to work tirelessly to bring these homes to fruition for deserving families in our community.
