San Diego County is home to one of the highest concentrations of veterans in the country, which makes San Diego Habitat geographically well suited to serve the needs of our veteran population. We serve local veterans through our VetRepair program and Veterans Build events in which we partner with individuals, philanthropic organizations and corporations, and military groups working to make a difference at the homes of local veterans countywide.
Join us! Raise a hammer — and funds — to support Habitat’s VetRepair and affordable homeownership programs at our 2021 Veterans Build event. No experience is necessary, and there are several ways you can join. We’ll be offering hands-on activities from November 2-6, 2021, and there are still some sponsorship opportunities available for your company! So come out as an individual or for a corporate teambuilding experience, and make a difference this Veterans Day.
