Builders Circle is San Diego Habitat’s giving society for individuals who give $1,200 or more annually.

Your gift helps to:

Provide affordable housing

Support 210 Habitat families with 0% interest mortgages, making homeownership accessible and sustainable.

Expand homeownership opportunities

Grow our affordable homeownership and reach 25 new buyers annually through June 2026, creating a pathway to stability and growth for more families.

Build new homes

Partner with homebuyers, volunteers, and community members to construct affordable, for-sale homes, increasing the housing supply in our region.

Preserve existing homes

Complete critical repairs and preservation projects to preserve the current affordable housing stock and help low-income families and veterans maintain their homes and stay in their communities.

Innovate housing solutions

Advance predevelopment for future projects and explore new ways to partner with market-rate builders and developers to streamline and expand affordable homeownership opportunities.

Engage the community

Host hands-on events that bring together volunteers and community partners, fostering direct connections to our mission and building support to advance solutions for housing affordability.
