San Diego Habitat for Humanity ReStore Now Open on Sundays
Both ReStore locations add an extra day of operations
SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA – Beginning May 17, the San Diego Habitat for Humanity ReStore will now be open on Sundays. Both the Escondido and Mission Valley locations will be open to the public on Tuesday-Sunday, from 9:00 am-6:00 pm. The stores will still be closed on Mondays.
Visitors to the ReStore will now have one extra day a week to drop off donations, volunteer, and shop for building materials and home furnishings. The store features a wide variety of items, including doors, windows, lighting, appliances, furniture, cabinets, granite, and much more, all for up to 70 percent below retail prices. Inventory at the ReStore changes daily, and donations are regularly made by individuals, contractors, manufacturers, and large retail stores.
By purchasing items from the ReStore, customers not only get great deals, but they also help to fund the construction of Habitat homes throughout San Diego County. Additionally, donations to the ReStore help to keep tons of usable materials out of local landfills every year.
The ReStores are located at:
10222 San Diego Mission Road 837 Metcalf Street
San Diego, CA 92108 Escondido, CA 92025
