Habitat for Humanity has been named “Brand of the Year” in the social services nonprofit category based on the 2016 Harris Poll EquityTrend Equity Score. This year, more than 97,000 U.S. consumers assessed more than 3,800 brands across nearly 500 categories. This is the second consecutive year Habitat has received this recognition in the annual survey that measures the brand equity of for-profit and nonprofit organizations in the United States. Habitat also has been named the “Most Trusted” and “Most Loved” brand within its category this year.
