Do my points expire?
No, once you earn them, they're yours forever — no take-backs. Your points stay on your account and will continue to accumulate as you make purchases, should you choose not to redeem them.
Is my personal information safe?
Absolutely. Your information is secure and encrypted, and we will never sell any customer information. You can opt out of texts, emails, etc. at any time (but we promise not to spam you!).
Can I earn points for purchases I made before joining ReStore Rewards?
No, you'll only earn points for purchases made after you've joined ReStore Rewards — so sign up today so you don't miss out!

What are the age requirements to volunteer at the ReStore?
Volunteers must be at least 14 years old to volunteer at the ReStore. Volunteers 17 years old and under must bring a Minor Permission Form signed by a parent/guardian. This form is also available for download upon registering for a VolunteerHub account. Individual volunteers aged 14 or 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
Can I volunteer with a group?
Absolutely! Our four-hour shifts are perfect for groups of 5-10 individuals. To arrange a time, fill out our Group Interest Form here. Important: Groups must bring one chaperone for every five volunteers under the age of 16. Please see below for more age-related volunteer requirements.
