Roof shingles? Check. Windows? Check. Sliding glass doors? Check.
In the blink of an eye, it seems, our 10-home affordable housing community on El Norte Parkway in Escondido is taking physical form. Thanks to many helping hands, we’re making remarkable progress on the exterior structure and really seeing the floorplans of these duplex-style townhomes come to life.
Framing is nearing completion, and we’ve entered the next phase of the construction process, with the rough installation of the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems now underway. We are working with city building inspections to continue exterior weatherproofing and siding installation.
