After many delays due to the rainy spring weather, the site is finally dried out and we are ready to go vertical at our El Norte Parkway community in Escondido! Framing is such an exciting time where we see the build progressing quickly. To prepare for this, we have been hard at work on site infrastructure, including pouring all asphalt for the driveway and curbs, as well as completing rigorous water quality testing process in order to connect to fire hydrants. This is the last step before the lumber gets dropped and our contractors can begin framing the remaining units!
