We’re pleased to share some exciting highlights from our recent annual staff celebration held at Mira Mesa Community Park earlier this month! It was a day filled with laughter, camaraderie, pizza, and a dash of friendly competition — the perfect recipe to cultivate the sense of community we’ve built as affordable housing advocates and celebrate our unique contributions across the administrative offices, build sites, and ReStore locations.
The afternoon wrapped up with a three-part relay race, a glorious spectacle of speed and team spirit, and we witnessed a range of sprinting techniques that could rival even the most impressive Olympic athletes. Even our leadership team joined in, proving they know how to balance hard work with a good dose of playfulness. Here’s to another year of shared successes, challenges overcome, and even more hilarious relay races!
