The six Habitat homes in National City are moving right along — drywall is complete in two units and the Habitat and volunteer crews continue to rock the other four. Insulation is complete in all six homes, and crews are working on interior and exterior painting.
As for our pipeline projects, the Final Map will be recorded soon for our next community in Escondido, and we anticipate a grading permit being issued shortly. Site work will commence as soon as the grading permit is pulled. It’s all hands on deck as we near the finish line on the entitlement process and get the site shovel-ready!
